Homemade facial mask

Nutrition facts: 200 calories 20 grams fat

Ingredients

3 teaspoons ground oats

1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (can be replaced with lemon juice)

1/2 tablespoon brown sugar (can be replaced with honey)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Apply the paste to the skin
  3. Leave on the skin up to 10 minutes
  4. After 10 minutes, use circular motions to rub the mask in order to exfoliate and increase blood flow
  5. Rinse off with warm water and dry with a towel
