1/2 cup of uncooked rice

3 cups water


  1. Rinse uncooked rice thoroughly
  2. Place rice in a bowl with 3 cups of water
  3. Leave the rice to soak for 30 minutes
  4. Strain out the rice water into a separate bowl to use for hair
  5. Wash hair with shampoo as normal and rinse with water thoroughly
  6. Massage rice water into scalp and hair
  7. Leave on the scalp and hair for 20 minutes
  8. Wash out with warm water
